Okay, the trick is a fakie ollie to varial heelflip. Get as much speed as you're comfortable with going into switch stance. Move to the front of your board to get into fakie position. Put your back foot where you would put a heelflip (toes hanging off, heel on middle of board). Push the front of your board down to get the fakie ollie, slide your back foot down and throw the board back.until both your feet are in the air. After it's done flipping, land back on it.
Fakie heelflips- get a comfy speed at fakie position. Start you fakie ollie, slide your foot up and off. Jump back a little bit, catch it, and roll away.
