FDR Skatepark (Philadelphia, PA)/ LOVE Park FDR- 5- always too crowded; Love- 10 Twin Ponds Hockey Rink Skatepark (Harrisburg, PA) 8- very nice, mini Vans
Vans Skatepark (Moorestown, NJ) 9.5- awesome Peterborough Skatepark (Peterborough, ON, Canada) 7.5- mostly pool skating but really great

Washington Lake Skate Park (Washington Twp, NJ) 4- good local skatepark, if you need to skate, go here, but don't go out of your way.
City Hall (Philadelphia, PA)/ Temple University City Hall- 8.99999999999- really great but small place to skate. Temple- 10- you could fill a day skating here.
The Sandbox (Nags Head, NC) 3- just ramps, but the only place you'll skate in nags head
